The house is a three bedroom one bath typical Puerto Rico home of poured concrete with cathedral ceilings on both sides, a roof terrace, a large covered loggia in front and concrete promenades along the creek to the back patio.  A huge country kitchen, 22 X 22 living room and an entry foyer we used as a seating and dining area.  Outside storage room attached with washing machine hook-up.  All new wiring and plumbing!!!
